Vintage Italian Ceramic Sunflower Tray/Stand BY CORSI A. Designed Specifically for J.B. Hirsch Co. / 1960's Sunflower Tray/Stand

This listing is for a very beautiful and unique Sunflower Ceramic Tray/Stand. This piece speaks to collectors that love vintage Italian art! The tray is hand signed by the artist on the inside edge of the piece, Corsi A. The bottom of the stand noted under the glaze is "Designed Specially for J.B. Hirsch Co." The J.B. Hirsch Company was founded in 1907. This company is famous for it's pre & post-war figure productions in bronze and ivory (then resin after the ban on ivory). The company owns the molds to some of the most famous bronze works from 18th and 19th century France - along with the lamp molds of Tiffany. This piece is nearly flawless! There is a tiny hairline crack on the bottom inside foot of the tray/stand (barely visible to the eye). What a gorgeous piece this would be to add to any vintage/country/farmhouse home/kitchen! It would be perfect to use as something to serve snacks on, cupcakes, or even to place keys and wallets in or a small plant!
