The Globe comes on a beautiful Stand. It is made of precious stones such as lapis lazuli, mother of pearl, amethyst, African jade, tiger’s eye, jasper, turquoise, purple quartz, onyx, unakite, abalone, green marble and many other beautiful stones. Each of the gemstones on the Globe represents a different country around the world. It is estimated that this type of Globe requires ten individual steps to put together and takes more than 2000 hours of labor to complete.
This is one solid and sturdy globe, and it is in excellent vintage condition, showing little to no wear and tear. This awesome globe also has a wonderful spinning motion.
